CATHY GRINDROD

Cathy is an award-winning Derbyshire writer, formerly Derbyshire Poet Laureate, and author of five published poetry collections.
She also writes memoir and plays.

 

She works as a writing facilitator and is an Associate Lecturer at the University of Nottingham as well as undertaking consultancy work for various literature and arts organisations.

 

Cathy is also an accredited Coach for Writers and an experienced mentor, providing tailored support for writers at all levels.

TAKING IT LIKE A WOMAN

My monologue, Taking It Like A Woman, set in a tatto parlour, written for the Write Track/First Art 'Played In' production, directed by Chris Neil, is on tour week commencing Saturday 3 September.
